How Do You Track Your Package
Once your package leaves our studio, we will contact you with your shipping tracking number. This allows you to follow your shipment every step of the way until it reaches your hands.
Shipping
USA Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority Mail with signature upon delivery. Most packages arrive within two business days of leaving our studio. Shipping within the USA is complimentary—a small thank-you for supporting our artisan studio.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our reach in the future.
Payment
All transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments, with the option to pay via PayPal for added convenience and peace of mind.
Jewelry Warranty
As a working artisan studio, every piece is handcrafted in-house with care and attention to detail. We proudly stand behind our craftsmanship. If you experience any issue with your jewelry, please contact the studio directly. We are always happy to help and ensure your piece continues to be enjoyed for years to come.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Please open your package promptly upon arrival. If you notice any issues with your order, contact the studio immediately. We will gladly refund your purchase if the item is defective or not as described.
To qualify for a refund, please notify us within five business days of receiving your package and ensure the piece is in the same condition as when it arrived. Refunds are issued after we receive the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
All returns must be coordinated directly with our studio. You may return your purchase within five business days of delivery. Once we receive your return in its original condition, we will issue a full refund.
